β β β β β Had a really bad experience.
She was so incredibly rough with my dogs, pulling their legs to not have them move, and deliberately cut their short nails when I told her to only cut the long ones, as some are shorter just from walking.
It worries me that a professional would look at a very short nail not once, but twice and decide to still go forward with cutting them even shorter.. Which resulted in her cutting the quick and having my dog in pain and bleeding.
My dogs already had anxiety about nail clippings prior, this experience just pushed us back further with our progress, and I'm sorry to have tried this place.
I left feeling like this woman genuinely does not care for the well being of dogs, because of the treatment I saw in front of my eyes. Which scares me to think of what we don't see behind closed doors.

β β β β β Brought in my Husky to get groomed, we chose the full package for a large dog. Peggy, the owner, was very nice and friendly. The level of service that they provided went above and beyond what I expected, will be coming back.

β β β β β Super professional and friendly. Our dog always looks pretty as ever after. Their staffs take super great care of him every time we visit. They treat us and our dog like family members. Highly recommend!

β β β β β My puppy got first grooming and she looks soo cute! She got summer cut and looks so fresh! The staffs are very friendly and polite. I'm really satisfied and happy with the experience and will definitely go back there.

β β β β β Our sweet dog Bailey looks forward to going to the groomers. Michelle and owner Peggy look after our pet so well. Before and after photos. Bailey loves being all leaned up. A very good experience for our dog. Unlike another groomers where Bailey ended up at the vets, after she was cut and she received stitches. It was so horrible. Now Bailey is in good hands!!

β β β β β Do not take your dog to this place! They are way over priced compared to other places that are even more upscale and have talented groomers. My dog was shaved down without being given any style even though we asked for it; also with very visible marks from the hair clipper machine as if they were shaving down a sheep! Also, since he came from the groomer, he's been scratching even more than before he went to this place and dragging his butt on the floor!

β β β β β Best dog groomers in town! We have been using them for 5 years and have nothing bad to say about them. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and our pup always looks amazing when we pick her up. Prices are more than fair for the level of care and expertise in their work. I've included a "before" photo just so you can see the transformation. Please go and support this amazing local business!
