★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog Marco is beyond frightened to have his nails clipped. Dee is so patient and sweet with him. I don’t think many other groomers would take the time to deal with his doggy drama. She’s the only person I would trust to cut his nails.

I took my anxious dog who had previous bad experiences at other grooming places, (very nervous to try a new groomer) and I'm so glad I did, it was a game-changer! the lady who did the grooming name was "Dee". She works out of a room in the back of the store where my dog got to Rome free, without being locked up in a kennel and lots of treats were included. She was so good with my pup, she asked me exactly what I wanted to be done and went through it with me before the haircut began. I got to stay and watch as that's what I was most comfortable with and the service was outstanding! no complaints! I have gone back a few times since the first and I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to give their animal a happy experience with an adorable haircut, rather than being something that's dreaded.

Seeing that Yuki is anxious and defensive when we first met, Dee spent extra time and effort to calm her down before grooming. Dee is professional and experienced. Yuki is so pretty and clean now. Thank you Dee and your teammates!!
