★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person started with us then her family walked in and we lost our salesperson really shouldn't your family come AFTER customers ALL AROUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY and this was a "warranty" revisit ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered 2 Malouf pillows online and was sent the wrong ones. I had wanted the firmer "dough" ones but got the "zoned dough". Customer Service had emailed and noted that I could simply go to the store and do a swap / exchange if the pillows have not been opened and used (which is a given due to CoVID). So I headed to the Port Coquitlam (by Costco) store within 2 days of receiving the pillows. When I just came in, they (3 workers) were nice, then when they realized that I was there to do an exchange, and there was no prospect of making a sale/commission, they were no longer nice or helpful. They also told me that they wouldnt do the exchange! Do yourself a favor and drive about 10 minutes to the Coquitlam location where the staff are genuine and will take care of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person was awesome and the beds are awesome, but we were not impressed by the delivery people. I'm 61 and my son and I had to bring the old king size mattress down the stairs by ourselves. Delivery guys wouldn't do it because the mattress had "springs" inside it. The new bed they delivered also had springs in it so what was the big deal?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a king mattress from port Coquitlam branch. The quality of it is excellent and the delivery was satisfying. The only problem I have is that I did not know there are two different king size mattresses; 180CM and 200 CM. Apparently, sleep country doesn't sell the smaller size and I should know about it. still, I wish the seller would have told me about it because the mattress is too big for our bed, and we had to add some parts to it to fit the mattress on it. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at the Port Coquitlam Sleep Country store! The staff was great. The gentleman who assisted us was courteous and offered assistance when asked but let us look around without crowding us which was wonderful! Our mattress arrived a couple of days after. The drivers were great and were careful when bringing the mattress into our home. Overall a super experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service - what service? it was so obvious that the staff served the customer that came in after us in the normal typical way with “how are you? what are you looking for today? what kind of firmness?” etc AND showed them around. she didn’t bother to assist us with the products and just told us to try them then walked away. when it was about time to close, all she did was coming up to say “we are closing in 10 minutes” with an attitude and walked away. we were planning on getting mattresses but we decided not to buy from this lady/store with such bad taste in the mouth. this is what makes people prefer online shopping more and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sleep Country is great, but I strongly recommend this store because Farshid. This sales representative is awesome. He has taken the time to show me all the options, compared models, explained in detail every option an helped me a lot to choose the right mattress for me. Please pass this positive review to him. Sleep Country is lucky to have people like him working for the organization. Every sales person should be like him. I received my mattress yesterday and I am happy. It was delivered on time. Thank you so much!
