★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table wasn’t clean and when I asked somebody to clean it, she gave me napkins to clean it myself. Pizzas were cold when they brought to the table. Nobody bothered to come and check if we need anything. Compared to the service Boston Pizza had before, I would give thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited a long time to get seated, but there were only 2 other tables and at least 3 servers working.
The food was okay but the service was really bad. The plates were dirty and we were missing a set of cutlery. We asked for another set multiple times but we never got it so we just started eating (2 people shared a fork). Our drinks took so long that they arrived after we finished eating.

it’s not fresh or mid it’s pretty bad and soggy
i don’t expect lots
but vegetables are like basic of basic of food
and this is like $19
Shouldn't it be better than McDonald's at this price?

They didn't have Nachos today but with supply chain issues, we were OK with that.
Wife had the soup special, it was not good. Tortilla soup with no tortillas in it and the texture was off. I had a big dipper sandwich. They forgot the horseradish, one side of the sandwich was good but the other had 1 piece of beef on it that wasn't shaved and so thick and tough I could hardly get my fork in it. I ate the bread part only. When we told the waitress she was very good and said she would see her manager. The manager took the soup off and gave me my sandwich for 16.99 but never came to our table. We know times are tough and I still would have been ok to pay full price even though it was not a good experience today but the manager should have come and talked to us.

We were sat in Jack's section and it took him about 15-20 minutes after being sat to get to our table, in fact the table that was sat behind my husband 10 minutes after we arrived was served before us. I mentioned to my husband if Jack didn't come back to our table after punching in the previously mentioned table's order we could get up and leave. Kim shared the boarder section to our table and must have overheard us because as soon as she was done taking the order behind me she came straight to our table and took our order. A few minutes later Jack showed up and I let him know Kim grabbed our order already. I have to say Kim was super attentive and gave us great service! She definitely saved the experience for us. For her services she definitely gets a 5/5 stars. The food was subpar to be honest. Nothing special. I am very grateful for our server, she made our first date night in a long time a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't why I continue to to come back here thinking things will be different from the last time. Always slow service. I didn't even get my drink refill that I asked for. I can see why it's never busy in this place. Too bad, because I've had better service at other locations in the past. 2 stars for my pizza and cactus cut potatoes. If you like the food here, better to order out and enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

Also offers party limo which can offer drive home if you book an event there, for a price I’d assume.
Much bigger Boston pizza chain than usual.
Price is bit high but it’s also not a fast food joint, so it’s within expectations.
Good friendly staff with great service. relatively clean interior. Tasty food with plenty of portion for whatever you order from the menu.
When I went on march, there was a promotion for all kids under 10 to have free meal in all of March which was nice.
Recommended, would come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place in a Sunday afternoon, only few guests were there. Staff are very friendly and nice. Restaurant is quite spacious with outside sitting as well. Clean atmosphere and comfortable chairs.
My kids were excited for kids meal. They ordered the pizza which was great and they loved it. They were disappointed with the drink. My son ordered Oreo Dairy Delight, it was supposed to be mix of ice cream, milk and Oreo, but I think they forgot to add the ice cream, taste was like just milk and Oreo, we asked the server and were told that's how it is. So make sure you skip paying extra $3 for this one as your child will get disappointed with the taste. The kids dessert was so tiny and different with the menu picture.
My wife ordered Jambalaya Fettuccine which it was great and had decent amount of shrimp, chicken and sausage. For dessert I got Chocolate Explosion which was very rich and sweet.
Overall I will give them one more try and will order adult size pizza instead.
