★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was highly recommended to me for infant passport pictures by a mother's group I am part of and it did not disappoint. They said they try to get their infant pictures for passport taken in another places and after several tries and baby crying etc etc gave up until they found this place . At Vancouver photo lab Poco the pictures were taken in seconds , first try with baby still in the stroller. As my family has multiple citizenships I needed a bunch of different sizes and specs to be followed . so I took my baby there and they were really professional the pictures were taken in seconds with my baby still in the car sit - did not suffer at all, they were ready same day in 30 minutes. In my case because there were so many specs one of them was off size and I had to go back but they have amazing customer service they fix it right away and gave me free prints . I would definitely go back there for all my family passport pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedding photo album quality was good however poor customer service. After paying online I didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. I called and was told it was ready for pick up that Friday. I drove there and it wasn't ready because they didn't know if I wanted a plain black or white cover. Disappointing since they could've asked me over the phone or put that choice online. The male employee promised (his words) it'd be delivered the next Monday and it didn't arrive until end of the week. I'm disappointed with their communication and time management. Don't make promises you can't keep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy - Just took my two year old here for passport photos. The man working quickly snapped a bunch of photos while she was happy and distracted, as she is a busy toddler. I came at the end of their business day so they needed a day to develop. When I picked up I also asked for nexus photos and they printed within 10 minutes. Super friendly service.

The quality, price, customer service, professionalism and overall vibe in this business is so lovely. I went back again for myself today to print a few pictures for my room. The owner is very caring and professional. The service provided is AMAZING, and the staff are very friendly as well. I highly recommend everyone to go here for their pictures. My family and I will definitely be going back here for all our pictures we ever want to print from now on. Thank you for the amazing service! I will recommend your business to everyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was busy and had a last minute print done on New Years Eve, the people at Vancouver Photo Lab were able to get my prints done quickly with high quality prints. They are great people and told me the prints are a holiday gift from them. Such a kind gesture that I wont forget, I’ll definitely come back to print more for my family and friends. I’m very thankful that they accommodated my needs and gave back to the community.
