He accidentally sold us a "Queen" size which we did not notice on the bill and I didn't realize until the delivery people showed up and I saw the huge "Queen" sticker on the box. They took it back and I contacted Sleep Country and everything was fixed up right and I got my new bed frame in a couple more days. I was extremely happy to hear that they honored the price we had been told verbally as well as had paid for (even though it was the Queen price) and we didn't have to pay any more money. Every one I dealt with was very nice! Kudos to the entire team!!
S	Sue Lal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Sleep Country in Maple Ridge, looking for a new mattress and wanted to support a local store in my neighborhood. The store was busy’ & had one salesperson. Much to my surprise.. I was approached by a very friendly Dustin that acknowledged, thanked me for coming in & got me started trying some mattress in the meantime as he assisted other clients. I didn’t know much about all the new mattress types and what would be suitable, after a few questions, Dustin was very quick at starting me trying the right type that met my needs. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I ended up finding the perfect bed in no time! He was very patient and honest without the pressure of any up sales. It was truly a great experience dealing with Dustin. He saved me a lot of time and headaches & further shopping around’ I waited to post this review, to see how well the delivery would go’ that was another very great experience today, new bed was in, & old out in no time’ Sleep Country has excellent service, & pricing... I highly recommend doing business with them. Thanks Dustin.

I have not been any cooler and I wake up with neck pain and wake frequently through the night trying to get comfortable. It now lives on a shelf as sleep country told me I could not return it or exchange it.
A	Al Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I would not go back to this location. My salesman is either just plain lazy or incompetent can't even make his own calls has someone else make them. I was quite clear that my order had to be delivered prior to an up and coming surgery well a very nice lady phoned me to check on if I would be ready for my delivery in 2 days, then she phoned me the next day to tell there was a problem and my mattress was back ordered and it would be a week or so. I told her that this was not happening and that they better have a solution. Well they gave me a floor model and a discount which I'm still waiting for ,I paid in cash the day I ordered it I paid in full. I phoned to find out that it had not been processed as it was to be sent from someplace in the form of a cheque. Like I said lazy and Incompetent salesman Stefan Eberle can,t even keep up with what's happening. Never again will anybody I know have anything to do with this salesman. Do yourself a favor if you go there turn around and leave if he's walking towards you.
A	Alan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY A KINGSDOWN PILLOW TOP or any pillow top mattress for that matter. Barely 3 years in and there are noted depressions in the mattress; so much so that it impacts your sleep and comfort. Sleep Country basically wants you to do a professional photo shoot of the mattress to show the issues and then decline your warranty claim anyway - calling it normal wear and tear (3 years?). Check other reviews on their website or for pillow top mattresses in general and they all have the same issue within 3 years. Great at first but simply don't last - the name of the company is ironic in itself, especially when you can't sleep! We truly wish Sears were still around, they sold quality products and stood by them.

We highly recommend dealing with Dustin for a great, stress free experience! Also, Sleep Country was great holding on to all of our purchases until we were ready for them and delivery was on time and efficient!
