★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never stock anything that people actually want. Website is misleading with 1hr pickup making it seem like you can actually purchase it but Go in store and try. They won't give it to you.
You'd think a home store would have a single weighted blanket in stock but they don't even have space on the shelf for them if they did. Probably the last time I waste my time and money here. I'll go to Amazon and not have to leave my couch since I can never get what I need and have to order it and wait anyways. At least amazon is two days not two weeks.

The candle area has a strong scent which is nice if you like that but should be avoided by those with allergies and contacts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the UppaBaby Stroller 1 1/2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived yet. Bed Bath Beyond app says estimated delivery date is Feb 27. Been waiting for so long already. Could have bought this in other store if only I knew it will take this long.
Linking the products I purchased to my Baby Registry takes forever too. Talked to 5 different call representatives and kept on telling me it will take 24hrs to take effect but until now, nothing is being linked. Customer service is all promises but nothing is done.
Wrote a review 2x on the bed bath and beyond app and my reviews were rejected so I am posting my review here instead.
Overall experience is frustrating and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and look at Amazon prices as you walk around this place. I don't mind paying a bit more for a physical store but this is an absolute rip off. Youll be paying double for second rate products. And try asking for help, the staff don't care, no one uses the products because they can't afford to. I'm only giving this a second star because they have WoodWick candles.

This was the same case when we went first time several weeks ago. It's always a pleasure to talk to the store that has pure customer service, such as this location of Bed Bath & Beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, the redhead named Erin (or is it Amanda?) very helpful and bubbly and friendly. Heather is a great too, very informed and when she doesn't know the answer she will find out ASAP. Definitely the best BBB in the entire Vancouver area, to be perfectly frank! Worth the drive for the service you get.
Only thing I dislike is that they don't use their old separate returns/exchanges desk anymore and it is part of the main line, which isn't convenient or effective when other people have purchases; as returns take a bit typically.
