★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivian was SO helpful in the furniture department.
She helped me order my twins cribs online and got them shipped to the store.
She was so nice and friendly and even though she was the only one working in the furniture area at that time she helped me carry the mattresses to my car.
Thanks again Vivian!
I have since gone back and ordered my stroller and car seats and everything else.
Sri and Ezabelle helped me and again were both so helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here for the first time and I was not disappointed. I forgot the name of the lady who helped us but she was super informative with the products. If only I knew how large this store was and how much selection they have, I would’ve created my registry here instead. The store is super organized and clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until recently I would have given a 5 star review. I’ve been shopping here since It was Baby’s World. I bought all my babies and nieces nursery furniture there and countless other things. Recently I bought the snuggle me lounger there as well as the pink slip cover. However before I even got the chance to use it I had one gifted to me so I decided to return it. I slipped the pink cover and receipt into the bag the lounger comes in so I wouldn’t have to carry more then one bag and took it to the store. I was helped buy the rudest sales associate. She proceeded to tell me I did not buy the separate pink cover that it came with the lounger that’s why it was in the bag. I told her I put it in there myself and that it was on the receipt and that the lounger doesn’t come with a replacement cover. After insinuating I was lying and treating me with hostility she finally agreed to do the return. I’ve literally spent thousands there and will not spend another penny to be treated like a thief over a slip cover…. no thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a well equipped store, had a lot of the items we were looking to see (i.e. higher end strollers, crib mattresses etc). The store associate Anna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, told us A LOT of things we didn't know to look out for in our products and even followed up very promptly with helpful tips in an email right after our visit. Will definitely be returning to make our big baby product purchase through them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience at this store. I dealt with Anna - she was amazing and incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable on the products, and showed me all the ins and outs for different strollers and carseats. There was no pressure to buy, but when I did, she price matched the items to Bed Bath and Beyond, and gave me helpful advice on when to register for warrantees etc. Will definitely be coming back to shop at this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with my sister and our husbands. This was several weeks ago but I just thought that I should write a review now. While there, no one really approached us, but when we did we'd point to our ears and our mouths - the sign that we are deaf. We are used to people not knowing how to react so we aren't surprised when people walk away.
However, they had a lovely employee named Anna who knew American Sign Language and she showed us around and answered our (many!) questions. She was incredibly helpful and we were so lucky to have her wait on us. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.
We have not had a need to return back but when we do we will ask for Anna. She made us feel comfortable, respected, and valued. We are used to feeling the exact opposite everywhere else we shop, so it is really special to find someone like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store associate who waited on us, Anna, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us answering questions about strollers and car seats, and showed us other important items around the store that we hadn’t begun to consider as first-time parents. The store was well-stocked without being overwhelming, and they carry local brands in addition to classic baby brands. It was a great shopping experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected this store to feel a bit industrial based on its size and where it is located, but I was pleasantly surprised that it had more of a cozy boutique feel to it! Still lots of room to shop with the stroller and decent enough selection of what I went for (sleep sacks and diaper bags). It was nice that the breast pumps were nicely displayed and not behind lock and key.
Everything was nicely displayed at eye level. Prices were a bit on the high side (and hidden from view!) but sometimes it’s worth paying a little more in person than shopping online.
