Booked my daughter’s birthday party here. I went and asked about our food and pop twice and was told it was coming. We never received it in the two hours we were there and then had to leave because there was another party booked after us. I was still charged the full price but was offered the extra two adults for free saving me $10. Definitely disappointed.

Took my 6 and 4 year old here, $21 per kid and $5 for me. There’s a very short train ride that I thought was included but we had to pay another $3 per kid. Ouch!! Another mom was thinking the exact same and we both said we would not be coming back. It’s not as big as I would have expected, my kids did enjoy it?Perhaps if you go twice at this very high price there should be a third time free?? Some kind of incentive? A months pass? Before I wrote this I checked online and couldn’t see any offers. I do understand places need to make money, pay overheads, I can imagine insurance is high, however at that price I can’t justify going back!

My daughter actually had a really fun birthday party here so I don't want to leave a negative review. However I was double charged and no one is getting back to me when I'm leaving messages. If you get back to me I will happily change this review.

They are NOT following COVID protocol. I was there last week with my child and 4 out of 5 of the adult patrons were NOT wearing a mask. One of them was climbing around the structures as well. Employees did not ask them to put masks on. A lady working there who might have been the owner had a dog with her and carried it into the kitchen for a short while. I saw two used masked in two different areas leading me to believe they do not do a thorough wipe down or clean up of the areas. See pictures. Used mask in one of the ball drops and a used mask in the toddler only area. We were there when they opened so I know this wasn't left there during the same day. In the time of a pandemic they should be more diligent especially when children are visiting their establishment! RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: The patrons that visited on the day I was there entered your establishment without masks on and proceeded into the play area after they paid without masks on. I don't expect your staff to engage in a dangerous way with patrols but shouldn't your and the provincial rules be explained and upheld? As for children being children that is understandable. I mentioned we came in right when you opened. Those masks were there at least from the last day. They were in visible areas. I apologize for coming off negative but we are in a pandemic and not all children have the option to be vaccinated yet. I bring these concerns up as they are concerns to any parent/ person.

It’s a fun place and the staff were friendly, but the nickel and diming to ride the train ($3/kid for less than 2 mins… really??!!) or any other activity, and no outside food or drink, after a $20 admission/kid really dampens the experience. I wish they’d focus on the entire experience vs squeezing as much money out of every visit that they can. I get making money, I’m all for it, but not when it feels cheap and greedy. People would be more likely to come more than once a year. Also, the waiver system at the entrance was a pain for everyone. Some simple changes would go a long way to improve this experience and leave everyone happier.

Our first time at Crawly’s, and we LOVE IT! Bright, safe, fun! The train is awesome for little ones! And the play park is very interactive. Huge table area. Food and great involved active staff. What fun!! Can’t wait to come back!

Brought my kids and my niece here. 2 girls working the front were nice and helped us get into the gym quickly. We all got wrist band and we gave them outdoor shoes to be put into bins. It was not very busy at all maybe 5-6 families. This gym was very clean and tons of things for the kids to do. We had a blast here. The ball park was a lot of fun with several air canons, a dump basket, and muti ball shooter. I'm very impressed on how clean everything was too. This place is so big everyone was well spaced out and it almost seemed like it was just us. Everyone was very respectful and the kids had a blast. I would take my kids here again for sure. They bug me everyday to go back. Thanks Crash Crawly on staying open and giving kids things to do during this tough time.
