We got the white Qplay children's bike and a large play mat. The mat is durable and easy to clean, and the images are fun and vibrant.
The Qplay bike is light, has white plastic casing over a metal frame and solid plastic/foam tires. Although my 3yo already had a strider bike with inflatable tires, he prefers the white one to the point of refusing to use the strider. He calls it his Tesla because it looks high tech, and I think he prefers it because it is smaller and lighter. One caveat on the bike: the tires are not as grippy as inflatable rubber tires, but they work fine.

โ โ โ โ โ Really confused on the ordering process. I sent emails and phone calls with no response. I finally talked to a young lady and she found the problem. My color was out of stock and was on hold until June 2020 and no one told me! The young lady asked if I would switch to a color Sequin Blue to Jet stream blue which was in stock and would be shipped the same day! I was then given a tracking number and I got a notification that the shipment was cancelled! 4 hours later I was sent a new tracking number and now its back on schedule. Very confusing and disheartening when I found out if I had not called who knows when I would get my Bentley trike! I am just glad it is on its way thanks to the young lady. The TWO different tracking numbers still baffle me!

โ โ โ โ โ BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE- FAST RESPONSE (EMAIL & SHIPPING), COURTESY...PLUS, I didn't make a purchase here!!!
I made a purchase on "BED BATH AND BEYOND CANADA"-for the "Babycare Playpen", arrived missing a Safety joint holder.
1st: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" for replacement of the missing piece. Said will send it to me, WAITED 2 WEEKS-NOTHING.
2nd: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" again, said same thing-this time I asked for a ticket number. after 2 WEEKS-NOTHING.
3rd: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" again, BEED TOLD-"I WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PARTS, AS THEY DO NOT HAVE IT!!" I was furious, got fooled for a whole month. The representative told me I can only packed the whole thing back in box and ship back to them, they will send me a new one.
"BUT NO GURANTEE THE MISSING PIECE WILL BE THERE"- Ridiculous!
Then I contact Babycare (Posh Baby And Kids Kids Canada), trying to see if can come out with a solution.
Here's where Jeanee helps, she responsed fast (with no BS) and sent me the replacement part out in same day (even I didn't purchase from them). I received it in few days-exactly the missing piece I needed.
Highly Recommend this place, will definately buy from them in the future and AVOID BED BATH AND BEYOND!
