β β β β β Very very slow customer service. I bought a shredder that was on sale. I did not get the sale price for some reason. Dec 23 is too busy a time to go back, get in line, and get a price adjustment. I usually don't shop here. Now I remember why.

β β β β β Every couple years I forget why I don't go to Staples - as it's a constant disappointment. I just picked up some photos instead of having them shipped as we often get things jammed into the mailbox. For some reason Staples decided that rolling photos is an acceptable way to transport them.
I was speechless when I picked them up, and the employee didn't seem to understand why I wasn't happy with my roll of photos... Good luck putting these on your fridge/whiteboard/corkboard unless you have 20 magnets/pins to hold them flat.

β β β β β EDIT: Amended my previous review from 1 star due to associate Andrew who took care of my order and printed it on the spot after I came into the store to inquire about its status. Product came out much darker than the on-screen preview, but I am otherwise satisfied with it, and the price is reasonable.
Absolutely appalling service from the print shop. Product (same-day cards) was never received several days later, no one picks up the phone, emails go unanswered. Will cancel my order and go to a competitor.

β β β β β Great service, people were friendly and forthcoming. Lots of availability of different items. They have the delivery services as well, Purolator, dhl, and fedex.
I would recommend as a one stop shop for all of their service. Great selection of printers. I would for sure say they are very expensive on their electronics, so I would shop online first before coming.
