Easy to assemble and set up the pre-set heights. I was looking for a larger tabletop and Effydesk's medium size was perfect for me. Norina's customer service was excellent when I faced delays. 10/10 happy with my experience and I'm glad to have gone with a Canadian company. The quality shows.
G	Graeme Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're really happy so far! Leading up to our order I had lots of questionsand the livechat feature on the website made it easy to tear through them all. Once ordered, it turned up pretty quickly. We had some minor factory damage to the top and Effy offered a partial refund of that, or a full replacement to be shipped immediatley. The only downside to the 2nd option was that they didn't pick up the damaged top, and said we would need to dispose of it ourselves. I'd really love to see a proper recycling, or reselling of these at a discount, as it's so wasteful! Even better though, was as we were talking through this, I noticed an offer on the website for 10% off that we'd missed during ordering, and Effy said we could have that money back, which was brilliant. The desk was pretty straightforward to setup, and way the screws and small parts were labelled made it easy to work out what thing was for what. The instruction booklet was a little different to the YouTube video and it wasn't clear where the cable tray should go (it can actually be in 1 of 2 positions). The cable tray itself in the rear position isn't really that useful, as the cables can all just fall out of it. I'd love to see an upgrade option to a cable net, or a more enclosed option that goes at the very back of the desk, as the one they provide is easy to smash your legs on. Desk seems pretty sturdy, and it's making our WFH lives better! Customer service was excellent, and I can't fault them on any of my interactions with them. Totally happy! We might buy another one :)

Smooth movement of the table with no wobble. Loved the desk so much that I convinced my boss to buy a couple for the office. Happy to know that the desk is made in Canada. Good job EFFYDESK, keep up the good work.
I	IG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my effydesk (purchased the 47" wide business desk model). It is really well designed. You truly do get what you pay for. The only warning I have is that I found putting it together myself quite challenging! I am athletic but slim, and had a really tough time even lifting one of the boxes without a helping hand. However, with some creativity, and 2 hours plus a redbull I was able to put it all together. The desk edges are soft to the wrists which is so appreciated. The movement up and down is very smooth. I bought it to be able to have a more ergonomic height which is lower than the standard desks on the market for my height so it is perfect for this, going down to about 26" where I prefer it. The depth is great for all my things. Enjoying the cord organizer too.

It’s not overwhelmingly large at all and it fits everything i need to put comfortably. I think i would have struggled if i went a size down. The desk is super sturdy even at the highest level. There is also 4 height settings so if you need to share the desk with anyone else, it would be super easy without having to adjust it back every time. The only thing that bothers me is the cut quality of the desk around the edges. It’s not very clean cut so I can feel the roughness when I have my arms sliding on the edge of the desk

It supports considerably more weight than other competitors, and makes minimal noise when going up or down. It's really that good. The one thing I didn't personally like was their tabletop offers, which I solved by getting a kitchen counter-top from IKEA. I'm taking off one star because of that.

Assembly was quick and easy to follow. I wanted a good quality standing desk as my sitting desk was a beautiful piece. This desk takes its place perfectly. Effy also has great customer service. They assisted when there was confusion with my shipping. Thank you effydesk!!!
