β β β β β I called SAH on Friday evening before long weekend to emergency car crash building damage. They came an hour later, worked until midnight, cleaned up, secured the premises. Did a fantastic job, very professional and detailed. Absolutely would recommend them.

Scott and his crew at S.A.H Restoration took care of everything from the drying process to dealing with the insurance. β β β β β We had a sprinkler pipe freeze and burst in our business which is open 24/7 the bust caused a big flood forcing the business to shut down. When I first saw the damage I though we would be shut down for a week or two. The flood happened at mid-night and I called a number of 24/7 restoration companies that I found on Google to find who was available. Some companies didn't pick up and the ones that did took my message and said some one will call me back, I decided to continue looking for a restoration company that was available right away and found SAH, Scott answered and said that they are available to help. SAH showed up within an hour from when I called them and started extracting the water as soon as they showed up. The floors were dry and steam cleaned and the business reopened within 35 hours after the flood happened. SAH continued to dry the walls and repair other damages during our slowest times of the business. The business is now up and running and repairs are complete and i am still waiting for a call back from the other restoration companies that said that someone will call me back. Communication was also excellent, Scott updated me and my insurance adjuster with photos on daily basis. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Scott and his team responded within a few hours to a leak from the condo above mine into my kitchen. Despite it being during the holiday season, I was put at ease that my recently new floors and damaged ceiling
would dry, and the subsequent repairs were done with with professonialism and timeliness from all SAH staff. My home was taken care of and looks as good as new!
I would highly recommend Scott and SAH Restoration??

β β β β β Scott and his crew did such a great job in our condo. We had a leak from the unit above us and Scott sent out his team the next day and had a quote for repairs ready for me to submit to insurance within a few days. We had the work done while we were away on holidays and when we got home everything looked perfect. The crew really went above and beyond with prep and clean up as well. I can see why our building trusts SAH as our first call when accidents happen.

β β β β β I had a water leak less than a week before an intended completion on a sale. For the work required, we had no choice but to move the completion dates. The insurer's restoration company wouldn't even start to consider (let alone commit to) any timeframes of less than a month even if the stars aligned - luckily, I had reached out to SAH as well, and they had the dehums and fans in place that afternoon. SAH were honest about things and told me exactly what needed to happen to meet the timelines (and that things were going to be tight). They worked very hard to get it done, were in constant communication keeping me up to date and completed on time for our amended completion date.
Scott and his crew (Garnet/Tyler) really came through for me. I've dealt with other restoration companies in the past and would definitely recommend SAH for anyone asking me.

Scott came within a few hours, was professional, experienced and knew what to do. He advised on what we needed to do during this stressful time.
