★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Where customer service is our #1 priority" that is the message you get when you call this company. It could not be any further from the truth. I contacted this company to get an appraisal arranged and heard this message about 8 times. I finally heard back from an Ed Landry to only be told he would have an associate of his contact me to set up an appraisal time and date to which I never heard from the associate or Ed ever again. I called twice since speaking with Ed to leave messages to which neither were returned. I would strongly suggest selecting any other organization available to conduct your appraisal as this company is really not interested nor do they truly make customer service their #1 priority.
