โ โ โ โ โ I was involved in a โnot at faultโ accident and a friend recommended Rob to me. He assessed and wrote an accelerated deprecation report to determine my carโs loss of value caused by the accident. Upon ICBC reviewing the report, I was able to claim back the depreciated amount within a day!
Looking back at the entire process, at the beginning when dealing with ICBC myself, it was long and exhausting but having Robโs report and guidance really made things much faster and easier. Working with Rob was easy and effective. He clearly told me what was needed for the report from my side and what to expect at the different steps in the claim process. We highly recommend Rob to anyone who may have had a similar experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Rob helped me settle a vehicle write off dispute. ICBC gave me a low ball offer and the representative was being unreasonable. Rob explained the process, collected all of the relevant information from me, completed an assessment of my vehicle, and sent a counter offer with the necessary ads. The latest representative replied a few days later with an re-assessed value that is higher than our counter offer! Working with Rob was painless, just send him the information and he will talk to ICBC directly.
My only criticism: he needs to work on his website's SEO so I could have found him earlier!
