though the company charging customers the maximum that the province allows, is horrible.
Not only that but they advertise it no less.
The staff are doing their jobs though and asking customers if they want to re-loan right after they had paid off their loan.
But the company wants to make their 15%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found my Cash Money place to have great service and always have a friendly face on the other side of the glass. I have found that if I'm just walking past and nobody else is in there I will go inside just to say hello to them. They make me feel like I'm a friend not just a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given this store an awesome review but after I was given a pin to activate my card, that pin not working after multiple attempts and then calling the store since the card number was closed and having them tell me that there's no way someone have me a pin, (even though I have it in writing) and that the automated line must be glitching for asking for it and now I'm out $100 until tomorrow. But tomorrow I'll be making sure that whoever I talked to on the phone gets freaking educated. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
