★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to elegant bath to buy faucets and sinks for our home after complete reno upstairs. We were given the wrong model of faucets for our bathrooms. We only noticed after they were installed that the height was different. We asked for them to be exchanged for the correct model that we had ordered. At first, they hassled us by saying we should have noticed they were wrong and that our plumbers must not have paid attention. The difference was not in style, but an issue of height. They told us to come into the store asap and to exchange them. When we arrived, they told us they did not even have enough in stock and that our only other option was the demo units. We got a minor discount on the demo units, but then they informed us we had apparently "underpaid" on our previous invoice for a sink. They then proceeded to charge us approximately $125 dollars for the sink "mistake". Very disappointed with the customer service and the attitude shown by the employees when contacted about fixing a mistake made by their shippers. Lots of better options in Surrey.

I visited 3 other stores to get some parts but no one was having, but they had all parts in stock. The prices are best here and quality of there products is really good. Looking forward to buy more products from Mikey...
