I had just purchased a washer/dryer unit on Dec 22nd and was told it will arrive 7-10 days max. This was an order we processed from far away for my elderly in-laws because going out to do laundry is getting unsafe because of the snow. After days of trying to get in contact with the Appliances team, no one can give me an accurate statement to know if I need to make arrangements to help them settle. I've been told it will now take 2weeks, some say they have everything and are waiting to deliver it out. Communication is very frustrating. If I had only known that my time was not as important as theirs...

Ordered 2 x vinyl record album snap together boxes for $80 with taxes. They're maximum 14" x 1" flattened, but was shipped with no padding in a box that would have accommodated a 4 foot xmas tree. The product arrived dented, torn and with pieces gouged out. I asked if there was a way they could ship it in a better fitting box, or wrapping to alleviate damage and was told that they use what is at their disposal. Apparently there is no set standard or common sense when shipping items ? ? ?

My father bought a lawn mower last week and returned today as it had some issue. He had the worst customer experience ever. The staff here was too busy to help. My father needed some help with the machine and one of the employees just said that they’re too busy, that’s when another employee suggested to just return it. He had a similar experience when he bought the item in the first place and had to speak with the manager. I think it’s safe to say that this was our last visit to Lowe’s.

We went to this Lowes as we were looking for a washer/dryer set for our new place. We didn’t know what to expect (and quite honestly, I was expecting a β€œBest Buy” experience aka everyone dodges you and avoids giving any help). We ran into Ken, who was just about to take off as his shift had ended, but instead stayed behind to answer any questions we had, process our order, the works. Never did we feel rushed by him or feel like he was annoyed that we were there. He went the extra mile to help us and get us the best deal possible. I had to call Lowe’s a few times to figure out our delivery logistics, and they were always very nice on the phone. Lastly, the delivery/installation guys that came in were very friendly and got the job done quickly. I am definitely a huge fan of Lowe’s now, and it’s for sure my go-to for any home projects.

Most awful experience I have ever had in my life. Placed an order for delivery on Feb 17th and we still don't have our purchase as of March 07 2022. Little did we know they couldn't find the item from their end which is why it was not shipped. NO ONE reached out to let me know. I had to called to find that out my self. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store at store. Don't waste your time with them. I would give them negative stars but sadly that's not an option.

Wow this is pathetic curbside service. I booked the curbside for 3:30pm/4. I arrived at 3:25, so a few minutes early. It’s now 3:58 they finally got the right order after giving me the wrong items the first time. Lowe’s you need to get your act in order. There is no reason as to why people have to wait 30 minutes for curbside. If this is your policy to take this long. Then don’t offer it if you can’t do it properly.

Terrible online order experience. Placed a curbside pickup order to save some time, after pulling into the pickup parking space I checked in through the email. In 15 min no one had come out so I called the number on the sign and was told I was supposed to go to a pickup locker and would have a code to unlock it in my email. I never got such an email, had to go to customer service who sent me back to my car. After being here 50 minutes my order was finally brought out but the items were wrong. Could have collected my items and checked out myself three times by now. Definitely never using the pickup service again.

Not so much a review of the store but of their facilities. They do not have a bike rack in front of the store, rather it's further down on the side of the building...the result of that you can see in the pictures. In the 15 mins I was in the store somebody tried to steal my bike. Fortunately either I came out on time or somebody saw it happen so I still have my bike. I am aware hardware stores are not a common biking destination but it would be a lot safer to place the rack at the entrance of the store. I often go there to pick up something small and the bike is quicker but I am definitely not doing that anymore. If you look at all the garbage there it is clearly a section of the terrain staff is not taking care off.
