We recently had about 2300 sq ft of our house re-carpeted and received great service from Jenn Brooks, sales manager at the store, everything from selection to scheduling to billing. Response rate was very timely. The team of installers who were sent to do the job were efficient, hard working and did a two day job in one day and were most respectful and pleasant. Thanks Gerry, Brandon and Adam. Pricing we thought was fair compared to other places as well.

Nice products. I found them a little pricey. However nowadays everything is pricey. Helpful staff. Closed so early though.

Jordan’s doesn’t care about you as a customer. No customer service whatsoever! We reached out to Jordans and they said we need to deal directly with their third party installer for any concerns relating to our flooring installation. We thought we were hiring Jordan’s!!! We were better off calling Craigslist for installers, Jordan’s doesn’t provide you with a warranty as they claim and Craigslist would have been 2 dollars less a square foot. Waste of our money! Don’t go to Jordan’s for your flooring installation!! Save your money and use Craigslist or hire a professional company instead that backs up their installation!!!!!!

Terrible experience with Jordans regional manager named Gary! The worst customer experience and service. Customers beware. I wish I read all their reviews and customer experiences on BBB. He has quiet the reputation. I am glad it is not just me however I dont wish this on anyone. Please go to a store that will treat you with respect and respect you as a customer! Lose Gary or you will lose more business.

Excellent service in the whole the seller, process! Mark was very kind with our family dedicating us all the necessary time to get a decision. We got a beautiful carpet for our new location . The installation process was very well done and timely. The post customer service was outstanding ! John, the Customer Service Manager himself, came to our apartment to check that all was well done with the installation of the carpet and took a look in every detail. Very professional and well performed job!

I recently hired Jordans to provide and install the flooring under my bar. Gary was my rep. It was important that I got a finished product that would be durable and impermeable as it was being installed in a heavy traffic wet area. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also had a very tight turn-around time and Gary & the team were able to get the job done from start to finish in three business days! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordans in Burnaby for your flooring project. In fact, I will be hiring them again soon to install the flooring in my second bar & kitchen area. Thanks Gary!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! We went to Jordans flooring (Burnaby location) for their expertise in vinyl flooring installations. The Burnaby location sent us a subcontractor installer to install our vinyl floors. It was the ultimate worst experience ever. The installer used underlay from Jordans to install our new vinyl floors. After he installed our flooring, we noticed CLICKING and POPPING sounds while walking on our newly installed floors. Our vinyl flooring was starting to lift out of place. We brought this up to the installer and he responded that the floors will take some time to settle in and that this noise would go away. We took his advice and waited for our floors to settle in. The CLICKING and POPPING sounds did NOT go away! The sounds only got worse with time! More importantly, the vinyl flooring that we purchased ALREADY came with underlay! Jordan's installer should have known that the vinyl already comes with underlay and should have never placed his additional underlay. We learned there is underlay on each plank, it is very visible. As the product comes with underlay we now have double underlay which is not giving our flooring a solid foundation and creating problems. Because of this there is now too much cushion, you can see the planks moving and you can feel it sinking as you walk on it. By having the extra unnecessary underlay it is throwing off the tongue and groove on the short ends of the planks when you walk on it, creating the POPPING and CLICKING sounds. These popping and clicking sounds are very noticeable and it is becoming extremely annoying and frustrating. It is getting worse everyday. We trusted Jordans flooring for their expertise and knowledge. We contacted the regional manager of Jordans Flooring (Gary Bradbury) to rectify this situation considering we paid a lot of money for our vinyl flooring installation and we trusted Jordans to install our flooring to code. Mr. Gary Bradbury was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!! We received the WORST customer service from Gary. He was not apologetic, nor did he even try to make us happy. He did not provide us with any options to fix our flooring. Why is Jordans delegating its own work to a subcontractor installer if the work is beyond his competence? The responsibility for the quality of the installation of our flooring is with Jordans. We had no direct engagement or work relationship with Jordans installer and whether he is a subcontractor to Jordans or Jordans employee, Jordans delegation of the work to him comes with Jordans clear responsibility to ensure it is done properly. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I strongly encourage you to look ELSEWHERE for your flooring installations. Jordans Flooring has been a huge disappointment. We lost thousands of dollars on this VERY POOR vinyl flooring installation!! See attached photos of poor installation provided by Jordans Flooring.

This is what happens when you hire Jordans Flooring to install your floors! You pay more than double in order to get the installation right. Underlay should NOT have been used for our vinyl flooring as vinyl comes with underlay already!!! Save your money, time and frustrations and go with another company. UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTS BELOW: Customers who are reading this please note that the fact of the matter is that we did contact Jordan’s Flooring for our flooring installation and they sent us a third-party installer. They should own up to this poor installation as we came to Jordan’s Flooring. We thought we were hiring Jordan's! Do not learn the hard way like us. We had no idea they were using a third-party. They failed to communicate this to us. The installer they sent us wore a Jordan’s Flooring attire, he wore a blue Jordan’s Flooring t-shirt and installed Jordan’s Flooring products. He used Jordans Flooring underlay for our flooring (see photos attached). It was very misleading. Don’t be fooled by this company, they contract out all of their flooring installations and if it goes sideways like ours did they don’t back up their work. When we called Jordans Flooring they also promised us a 1 year warranty on their installation and that was also false. I wouldn't go out of my way to write this review if it’s was not true. I have no reason to lie. If you don’t believe me check out their reviews on BBB (Better Business Burial) they have a 1.33 rating, other customers are also complaining there and suing Jordan’s flooring for damages also caused to them. They wasted so much of our time, money and energy. Their regional flooring manager is beyond rude and disrespectful, he needs to learn about customer service. He is ruthless. We never been treated with so much disrespect as home owners. The absolute worst service and experience we ever received. I am glad to see on BBB it was not just us, however I hope this review saves others from experiencing what we went through as customers. All of our rennovations and improvements projects went smooth except for our flooring! Jordans Flooring did not even bother to come take a look at our poor flooring installation or even offer any solutions, they simply put all the blame on their installer. Is this the type of customer service you want to deal with? We came to Jordan’s because we thought we could trust the brand. The responsibility for the quality of the installation of our flooring is with Jordans. We had no direct engagement or work relationship with their sub contractor and whether he is a subcontractor to Jordans or their employee, their delegation of the work to him comes with a clear responsibility to ensure it is done properly. Jordan’s flooring is quick to pass the blame onto their subcontractors and to say they did not do the flooring, Jordans Flooring you are a disgrace!
