★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a worst rug store. I have bought a rug yesterday and its looking bright in store lights when I place in my home it’s looking pale.. I asked them to return or exchange and they dnt have same quality or similar size ... and they forced me to take store credit and suggesting me there own choice ... I don't like any of them I was not satisfied also most of them are Damage on the display..when I ask them u will have in package they are not sure about it ... also I wasted my 3 hours on the shop but they didn’t provide my good customer service even I requested them to return but the office person fighting with me ... they don’t have more than two rugs that are similar to the rug that I bought all are below the quality and force me not to return choice the cheapest ones.. so it’s very bad customer service.. I gave the one I dnt like coz they don’t return my amount.. I bought 700$ rug from them and all my money is wasted.... the rug is useless for me .... and I’m very disappointed... writing a review with broken heart and helping all of u .. I think 10 times more before you buying rug la dole from them ...
In my opinion it was worse buy of mine ... the rug the give me in 700$ is useless for me ...
Worst rug worst customer service worsts exchange policy and not return if u took decision to buy than there is not choice for you instead regretting...
Safe your money and time and don’t purchase from them .....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with everything about this place. The rugs are hanging so they are really easy to see, the sales people are gentle and relaxed, not pushy at all, the prices are incredible...I have bought much more expensive rugs that weren't as nice on the feet or well-made. They have a fair exchange policy, they are patient and will answer any questions...seriously I wish I had a bigger place so I could buy more rugs from these folks! Their shop is sort of tucked around back, so I think it could be a little hard to find without using some navigational assistance, but it is totally worth looking for! Make this your first stop for rugs, it will save you time and money.

I can't believe there is a big warehouse that may have over 300 different design of rugs which is located middle of the city accessible from anywhere, all designs have all sizes, rugs are IN colors, for all ages ? all rooms, when you enter definitely find rugs for your taste , no need to go and check any other rip off expensive stores.

I paid fortune for rugs from Wayfair, same quality carpet and so many different design is half of the price in here
