โ โ โ โ โ Gary (Taxi number 38) saved the day! Our battery was dead flat and we called around a few Taxi companies with no luck for a jump start. Finally Bonnie Taxiโs came to save the day! Gary was prompt and very personable! Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ I called and had to wait 20 minuets it kept telling me their driver was 5 mins away. I called in and the dispatcher told me you know it doesn't come right away when you book it right ? I felt it was rude and condescending to talk down to me like that. --- I just expect the taxi to arrive when it says it's going to arrive. Uber it is as im now 45 mins late.

โ โ โ โ โ THE TAXI KEPT CALLING ME TO INSULT ME.
I called Bonny's taxi and asked when the driver was going to arrive to which they replied 10 minutes. I proceeded to ask for the taxi to be canceled and took an Uber since it was going to take less time and I was in hurry.
When I went to take the Uber, I saw the taxi, who asked if I had called them, and I answered "no" since I thought I had cancelled it (my mistake). I entered the Uber and I was still receiving calls from the taxi and voice messages insulting me. This person demanded an explanation, but didn't mind to listen to one, instead kept insulting me and telling me to never call Bonny's again (which I will never do).
Although I understand gas is really expensive now, and it must be frustrating to go pick up someone who also called Uber. I find it completely unprofessional the way they communicate and handle this type of situations. I received 34 calls (I only answered 2) from the driver and 7 voice messages insulting me , and this isn't something I'll tolerate. They have to learn to treat customers respectfully.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful service most taxi are very rude especially to women. They're aggressive and list of issues they have is so long. Anyone who takes bonnies taxi will know what I'm taking about.
Also watch the meter they start it before you get in and scream at you when they call they arrived as if they have been waiting but they are just pulling up.
This taxi service never a smooth ride.
From now on I'll be switching over to Uber. Also the dispatch this morning was rude unprofessional I highly recommend if the calls are recorded for the owners of this company to listen to the call at 9:52 am on Jan 7th 2022
Update took my first Uber home absolutely incredible service trust me and give your business to uber no hidden fee u pay your trip before you go and the customer service and drivers are way nicer and professional. I'm so happy after years of taking taxi the abuse and aggressive rude behavior of their drivers for bonnies was my breaking point today.

โ โ โ โ โ Used a wheelchair taxi from a care home in Burnaby to and from Burnaby hospital. Outbound the taxi (booked the previous day) was right on time and called me just before he arrived. The driver was friendly and helpful. Return trip - the taxi arrived less than 10 minutes after I phoned. Same driver as it happened. Very helpful and friendly again. Very happy with the service and price.

โ โ โ โ โ Set a specific date and time: Saturday at 330am - as I had a flight early that morning. Because I booked the service online, the person reading the email decided to book it a day early (although I made sure in multiple areas to say which day at 330) but at 330am the day before my flight, I get 3 calls from the Taxi and driver saying they are downstairs waiting for me.
Driver was punctual on actual date and time, which is why the 3 stars, but would've been 5 had your email reader taken the time to ACTUALLY READ, I wouldn't have been awake for 1.5 days due to this mishap.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely worse service ever!! DO NOT USE THEM.
I called night before to have taxi come at 7.10 am next morning. Was assured no problem be there. 7.15am no show!! Called dispatch, got nothing but attitude from her. Taxi didn't show till 7.48!!. Subsequently my family was late for medical procedure!!
Called to talk with manager at 9am..waste of my time. Didn't offer a reasonable reason as to poor service. No refund no credit no nothing.
I would never ever recommend them.
It's Uber from now on!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been using Bonny's Taxi for over 30 years. I love these drivers. They have driven me safely to and from work daily for many years. Taxi drivers are people. They can have a bad day just like the rest of us. If you treat them with kindness it will be returned. The pandemic was really hard on the drivers and their families. I could not take a taxi when the pandemic hit so I really missed seeing them. I missed the stories about their kids and grandkids. Thank you for your many years of service!
