I have gone here 3 times now and every time I get great quality work at a fair price and they answer all my questions honestly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was awesome. I had left my bike in storage for a year and needed it inspected and tuned up so I could sell it. I brought my bike in here and dealt with Stefano. He inspected it and found my bike was in good working order, only needed a tuneup and minor repairs. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything that didn’t need to be done (unlike a dealership mechanic I had last brought the bike to), and gave me his card so prospective buyers could call him and verify the condition of the bike, what actually needed attention, etc. He also took a moment to show me what exactly needed to be repaired (eventually) and why. The bike was done when they said it would be done, and all the staff was friendly. There’s also a great dog on the premises that likes having its head scritched so I mean what else do you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service ? Had a puncture in my rear tire. Took my bike into Imperial and they set me up with a brand new tire, cleaned, lubed and set my chain, all at a great and competitive price! Very quick and convenient service. Highly recommended by friends, now I know why. Thanks again guys! ✌
