★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted International Motorsports via their website. I was looking for a specific part for my Triumph Bonneville. I received a prompt email reply from Chris Wakefield. He informed me that unfortunately, he didn't have one and "the part was no longer available and obsolete". My bad luck I suppose.
The amazing part of the interaction with Chris was his subsequent willingness to answer my questions. Although he didn't have the part, he seemed genuinely wanting to guide me to hopefully find the required part. Obviously, he could have easily brushed me off and I wouldn't have blamed him. But he responded to my several emails and questions. He truly wanted to help and gave me concise answers and suggestions so I can find a solution to my problem.
This was my first interaction with International Motorsports, but I am sure that I will be dealing with them again as my experience with Chris was outstanding. I thank him for his assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of my favourite motorcycle shops. Tons of selection, both new and used. The staff is beyond helpful and really take an interest in their customers.
You never feel like they judge you as someone who can’t buy a bike.
The clothing and motorcycle gear selection is awesome, with lots of brands that are hard to find other places. Quality of products is also excellent.
Just the general vibe of this place is chill and welcoming, while still having that motorcycle engine smell that reminds you why you are there.
It’s a great place to just wonder through every so often to check out new bikes, new gear, or just to have an enjoyable conversation about motorcycles.

I loved their hospitality and enthusiasm. Overall great experience. Avoid Langley location!!! Buch of workers with sticks up their ...... go to Vancouver location you will have the best experience.

From initial contact the service advisor was extremely helpful with booking my appointment, to parts department offering multiple options for tires. While waiting for the replacement I was approached multiple times just to see if I needed anything. Real cool and funky shop with so many different varieties of bikes, helmets and gear. Shop finished on time perfect experience. Finally, I was getting ready to leave when another sales or service rep stopped me to show me how to adjust my rear shock...bonus! Refreshing to see a motorcycle shop that knows about multiple brands of bikes and not just focused on one brand. Earned my business look forward to dealing with you guys again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new and very beginner rider, I wasn't sure what I was looking for other than some basic esthetics and type of bike. Bill was incredibly helpful and lead me through excellent service through most of the departments. I ended up buying a bike through him in a matter of days.
One of the best advice I was given from experienced riders, was that a bike should fit you like a shoe. You just know when it is the right fit. The Royal Enfield Himalayan was that fit. It exceeded my experience and expectations. Looking forward to all the future upgrades with this team!
