★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial contact positive but things devolved after inaction on my autopac claim. The owner never got my bike, never ordered parts for it despite committing to fixing it. The most unfortunate part is the wasted time due to the owner’s negligence. Got an apology but it can’t replace the lost time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner went above and beyond on multiple occasions. The latest work he did for me was putting on some new tires for my dirt bike last minute at 2am on a Friday so I could go riding on the weekend. Great work and fantastic service. I’ll definitely use them again!
