★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to point out that when I had first ordered my O.Z. wheels I was incredibly nervous as it's a "big" financial purchase with a company I have never dealt with before. Bayside Performance being a Canadian company really helped to ease that anxiety. Throw in COVID shuttering the world and a product that is made to order from Italy. What? That wasn't enough, add the Suez Canal blockade and it makes sense why the product took 14 weeks to finally arrive at my doorstep. The shipping delay was quite disconcerting but the reviews were all accurate as you will not receive any meaningful updates with regards to the timeline but trust that you will receive the product. Honestly, now that I received the product, I don't care how long it took and if I had to do it all over again, I would. Bayside Performance is where I'll be sending my business and anyone else whom is in need of a deal and can afford to wait will also get my recommendation.
I hope this helps to ease others concerns that they felt that they had as I know it did for me.

Appreciate your reply. Possible solutions:
1. Don’t take my $ till you ship
2. Hire someone
3. Easiest solution, don’t tell me 8-12 business days to my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is professional and nothing more. I dealt with him on the phone instead of the Internet. I am very sure he is extremely busy. The only place in Canada I’ve found to order a Sargent seat for my motorcycle over direct from manufacturer which would have duty/import fees from the USA. Upon a Kijiji search for this seat with no results found; there was an advertisement for Bayside Performance. And they were handling the Sargent product. My luck it was Cyber Monday pricing as well. Even with a slight concern of mine of shipping from BC after the terrible floods, this item arrived only 1 week after shipping from Bayside (in Vancouver) to Ontario. The seat was packaged well to keep from damage, it was entirely as expected, and I am very happy to have found it and have sourced it from Bayside. I would not hesitate to order from Bayside again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order Saturday (April 23rd.) For a slip-on, somebody emailed me on April 24th (Sunday) Just to confirm if I wanted to go ahead with my purchase even if my item had a 5-7 week ETA.
Awesome service and I really appreciate the heads-up before sending the order through. Stoked for the exhaust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People have been spoiled with 2-day delivery and might expect that from small business owners. I’ll admit when I read other reviews it had me worried when placing an order. I received my order no problems whatsoever - won’t hesitate to order from Bayside again.
Please keep doing what you do thanks for providing Canadians more options for parts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a full service including oil change and booked an appointment. They only changed the oil. When I asked them about the status of brake fluid and condition of vehicle, he said they are busy and didn’t got a chance to take a look and asked me to come next week. I just tried it as it was near my house.I won’t suggest this place for anyone.
I am editing this to add an reply to the comment from Bayside. I booked for service including oil change. If you guys were super busy, you could have told me that you have only time for an oil change, so I could have looked for some other service shops in Vancouver. I am going for a long weekend trip to Seattle. Safety is a concern for me when starting a season with just an oil change. I need to run to another service shop tomorrow for an proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When other businesses didn't have what I wanted in stock Bayside had it. Yes the delivery took longer than I wanted but we all wants things right away and well we don't live in a perfect world.
The fact the owner answered the phone during the busiest time of the season, explaining to me the staff shortage due to lazy people these days not wanting to work anymore I must say this guy does an amazing job trying to make all customers happy. I wish I lived closer to use your services however living in Toronto I'm stuck at ordering whatever I can off your website.
