Ordered Akrapovic exhaust for my bike, but unfortunately due to covid and logistic chaos, Motostarz told me it would take up to few months to get the exhaust.
Instead of telling me to just wait for it, they actually searched the alternative exhaust that distributor had in stock so I could ride on non-stock exhaust. I ended up Scorpion Serket which I'm very happy about.
Great customer service, thinks on customers mindset, very responsive on both email and phone. Definitely coming back if I need anything on my bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has not been as pleasant as most. I had 4 family members order parts for my birthday none of which have arrived. One tail tidy was ordered at the end of March and new arrival date set for the 25 of April. The rest were ordered before april 7th as of April 22 none have even shipped. Ordered Same part from another company as it was needed and had it on my bike 5 days later. I'll pay the extra 30 dollars to get parts in a timely manner from now on, They are very friendly and polite however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast shipping. I ordered some LED turn signals from Motostarz on Monday and they shipped only a few hours later that afternoon. Those parts were sitting in my Post Office Box early Thursday before I even had time for a morning coffee! I will definitely be buying again from these guys.

It had to come from Italy and they were behind in manufacturing the exhaust so there was a delay, but I was made aware of and the ESD was accurate. They responded promptly to the emails I sent and the item was received in perfect shape, exactly as ordered. Highly recommend them.
