★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started emailing these guys 10 days before a move as I urgently needed some repairs. They consistently ignored emails for 2-3 days at a time. I got a quote from them after a few days, and then they didn't get back to me about how to go ahead, so we got to some of the repairs ourselves.
I requested an updated quote for some different work and the gentleman I spoke with seemed very confused. He kept telling me to bring my things in but I had not received an updated quote. After trying to get an updated quote for 6 days they informed me they were "too busy" to help.
Very bad service and inconsistent communication.
