Poor experience, never on time, late, no show...... I made an appointment at 9am because I have to work at 11am. However no one come at 9am and I called to the company at 9:45 and she said they will come very soon. After 10:30, still no one show up and I am so angry and called to cancel appointment. The lady never say sorry or apologize until I get angry. They still though it was not their fault. This company has no idea what is "Punctual" . You can engage this company if you have 30 hours per day so that you can spend 2 hours for waiting. Remember, no matter how good as your services, punctuality is important, if you make an appointment at 9am, please don't come at 10:30am. Try to respect customer's time. If you cannot make it, please contact customer in advance but no wait until customer get angry.

I am very happy and satisfied with Permanent Irrigation Systems services. Call them and they sent their estimator on the same day follow by quotation the next day and booked the date. They got the job done in a day. Excellent services and good quality job. I would highly recommended to use them for Irrigation Systems. I will definitely using them for the future services. The employee who came to our home to winterized the system was efficient, polite, and friendly. He came on a Monday and we got an invoice that afternoon. The time to pay invoice without it being late was less than 24 hrs. That seems entirely unrealistic and not how invoices generally work. I then got a late notice a few days later. If you need payment that fast your employees should be asking for it when service is done. Otherwise give people a week or two to reasonably follow up like most businesses do.

I had work done on some irrigation in my front yard. The guy that came to do the job didn’t bring the right equipment to do it, so he said somebody would be coming by in the next few days to finish the job. After over a week of not hearing from anyone, I called to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up. So I called the office and said nobody had shown up for the appointment. The person I spoke to said they would find out what was going on and call me back…I never heard from them again that day. I called the next day and left a message to try to find out what had happened the day before and I never heard back from anybody again. After going through a weekend and not hearing from anybody again, I ended up calling on Monday and getting an appointment for the Wednesday to try to have somebody come and finish the job that they were supposed to finish a few weeks before. My appointment was for between 12 and 2. By 2 o’clock nobody had shown up and I called the office and told them that I needed to leave my house by 2:30 at the latest. The person I spoke to assured me somebody was on their way and they would be there very soon. Nobody was there by 2:30 (which is when I needed to leave my house.) I called again and said I could hold off on my plans a tiny bit if she was positive somebody was on their way. She assured me again that somebody was definitely on their way. NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP AT ALL!!! After being told twice that day that someone was actually on their way to my house, I cancelled my plans to be there for them because I was told somebody was going to show up. This was two separate days of having an actual appointment booked, and nobody ever showing up. I was so angry, I ended up sending them an email to tell them how upset I was about this. We had been loyal customers for five years. I never even got a response to my email. No apology, no nothing. Needless to say, we are no longer customers. I am disgusted with this kind of customer service!!

Very professional and efficient in their work and process. Colin was super to work with. I trusted their knowledge and the end product (Landscape/Garden Lighting) was excellent.I would have no problem using them and referring them to others.

Permanent Irrigation Systems installed an irrigation system in my front and back flower beds. They were very careful with my plants and left everything neat and tidy. They worked hard and started the job when they said they would. They explained the working of the system well to me. A very nice company to deal with.

Permanent installed a new irrigation system for our lawn and gardens. Of the 3 quotes received for the project, Joel's was the only one that covered everything we indicated. They were neither the cheapest nor most expensive but were the most detailed quote. When problems arose during the installation they were dealt with and we were kept informed along the way. Everyone who showed up to do work was professional and courteous. Correspondence with the office was quick and friendly. We would recommend this company for irrigation installation.
