★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a plumbing contractor I'm in always need of a quote for jobs I'm bidding or parts to fix at a service call and Craig from inside sales has always been taking care of me in all aspects. He really goes above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier. Their staff is always in a great mood and that really helps when people are mostly In a pinch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Andrew Sheret Limited has surpass my expectation! Lou at the front counter have retreated me with the best customer service! He has gone above and beyond customer service. I brought in an old sediment faucet core get a replacement. Lou told me it was too old(over 60 years old) and that they would not have a replacement. I was devastated. Lou manage to free up the seized screw and found a replacement gasket. Now that’s service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the most part service is good, unless you get the cranky woman (Jesse). Whenever she serves me, I know she's gonna be rude. She acts like she's doing the customer a huge favor. We buy a lot from them, we should be getting better treatment. Service industry is not her thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at this location is pretty terrible. My first contact with a sales person wasn’t very informative. My second visit to the store was better- the manager there is very knowledgeable and helped me choose everything I needed for two bathrooms Renovations. However, after that the communication and service was not great. Phone calls are never returned. I had one sales person forget to call me back about a part that was missing from my special order. I had to keep calling the store for updates on the status of a special order, which took close to 16 weeks. Had I been informed of delays or had my calls been returned, I wouldn’t have such negative things to say about this business. I have two more bathrooms to renovate- I’ll be going straight to Fibretech this time around.
