He tackled an outdoor faucet replacement that other service providers were unwilling to do. Ensured that both jobs could be done on the same visit. Drew is very personable, knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what great service! I had originally scheduled service with Hillcrest Plumbing. They scheduled to come twice, and never called for an update or to tell me they weren't coming. I wasted 2 days. Very frustrating!!
I received a phone call and text from Milani letting me know who was coming, and when. The gentleman was great- arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. He was very personable and helpful!
I really appreciate such good service. It's not always easy to find these days. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Ahmed Alh. attend a job for low water pressure for a condo shower unit. He was friendly, professional, and methodical in his approach to diagnose and fix the issue. I applaud him for his efficient work, and the experience he brings to the field.
Four stars because I was charged $198 for the Delta cartridge part which retails for $56 at Amazon, and in the $70s at a hardware store. I understand there is a cost for a business to keep inventory, but that parts markup seems a tad excessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before going with them.
We went with them because they have a contract with our condo building, it was recommended by the building manager. They sent a technician over for the hot water valve issue we got (no leak, just valve stuck can't move), he spent half an hour here, checked the issues and tried 5 minutes, told us he can't fix it, used the rest of the time to explain to us why this needs a different job, and charged us 225+tax. Told us to replace it, they will need to come again and would cost around $3000 for just labor, so that plus tax and material. Other plumbers are willing to do it with the cost by job while this company is only willing to do the job by hours.

Also, the calling agent Nam, was very pleasant and easy to work with. If a technician was available earlier than your scheduled appointment, they will call you and offer it to you. Great idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service from Brad today. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Brad was honest and he took the time to explain the repairs required. He also answered other inquiries about faucet upgrades that I would like to make to my bathtub/shower. When I purchase the new faucets, I will be asking for Brad specifically to do the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. The technician, Devon R, was pleasant and highly professional. He investigated the source of the leak and fixed it in a timely manner. The recently installed shower drain had been installed improperly. Devon was able to correct it and test it to be sure there was no more leaking water. A huge relief! The whole experience was comfortable and Devon was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Devon amd Milani!
