★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see if they had an electronic pallet jack 5 days ago. Person didn't speak English very well (which is ok) but told me they had one.
I just wanted to double check to make sure so I called again on Thursday. New person spoke fluent English and told me they had one, just to come in and pick it up no problem.
I booked my guys for the days project, and scrambled to get a truck for the pickup.
Went there this morning to pick it up and the guy there didn't know what a pallet jack was. I showed him a picture on my phone and he said they don't have anything like that.
A pallet jack is one of the most common tools out there. How does a tool rental company not know what a pallet jack is?
Now I have a truck and a team of guys lacking the tool necessary for the job.
Thanks for wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone came to fix a non working heater but unable to fix and charges $400. Are you serious? Maybe next time we sign a contract that if you cant fix it no charge or just the decency maybe just to charge a small fee. Very unprofessional.
