★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 110% satisfied customer. Chose the self pick up/drop off option and all went very smoothly. Prompt and friendly communication with easy to follow instructions - video was great. Owner was happy to answer questions. Extras like cleaning solution was cheap unlike other companies I've used that gouge you, making you buy a whole bottle. The machine was very clean on pick up and it worked great. Easy to use and maneuver, even in tight spaces. The carpet looks so much cleaner and brighter, completely renewed (white carpet). Dry time was fast. Really happy with the results and service. Thank you! Will use again without hesitation! Service used Oct 29/2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a carpet cleaner, and it did a great job. As well, the company was very easy to get ahold of through text and answered my questions promptly. The machine was dropped off and picked up when they said it would be. The videos they sent for how to use and clean the machine were really helpful as well. Would definitely use again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machines were very easy to use. Ray the person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. His tutorial video on how to use the machine was spot on. I was supposed to return the machine at 5 but couldn't make it. Ray said it was cool just return when I can and I thought that was awesome. Would definitely recommend renting from these guys if you need carpets and upholstery cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented from Newclean a few weeks ago and I definitely won’t be renting anywhere else again! The convenience is unbeatable, and the cost considering it includes delivery is definitely competitive. I found they cleaned better than grocery store rented machines as well. My only recommendation is to maybe ask for extra detergent pods that are maybe refundable if not used. I didn’t quite have enough to do what I’d planned and it would have been nice to have extra. Oh, and plan on delays in delivery. Mine took a couple longer than delivery window, it happens. Just be aware that is a possibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, great machine. I know who to call when my carpets need another cleaning! They delivered the carpet cleaner quickly and picked it up as soon as I was done. It was easy to use, I had everything I needed and I'm very happy with the results. 100% recommend.

The Little Green was easy to use and they send you an email prior with everything you need to know about the machine. Easy clean up and my couch is just like new. Will definitely rent again in the future.

I loved being able to book an appointment for delivery and pickup. Awesome price as well. I was emailed links to find instruction videos on how to use the machine and how to clean it, which was very helpful. Very pleasant staff. I highly recommend this business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a carpet shampoo machine rental from a web search, as I didn't want to pay carpet cleaners to stand around on my dime. I was pleased with the upfront price but suspected there might be hidden extra costs.
Instead what I received was a top quality machine that was dead easy to use and clean, at exactly the price I agreed to pay.
The results were better than I had hoped for, and doing 8 rooms, a hallway, two landings, and 29 stairs took me less than 4 hours.
The machine can be disassembled and folded so moving it between levels was reasonable.
Courteous service, good instructions, and delivery/pickup at my door made this a good experience.
I would use Newclean again.
