I normally feel pretty intimidated walking into a Popeyes, but the staff and owner (I think) were friendly and the knowledge they had was refreshing and so helpful. We live in Ladner but would hands down make the trip to go their again.

Ashwin gave me the best customer service from ANY store in general. He knew product, every ingredient, every price. Obviously he was on another level than I was, but he was extremely patient, and didn't mind elaborating for me. I'm like to think that I have good character judgement and he seemed like a genuine guy who likes to tailor to peoples' needs. I would go back there just for him haha

Through his recommendation, I got a better deal and surprisingly a new favourite! It’s crazy how customer service still has people like Matthew, who without any commission and incentives recommend customers the products that are in their best interests. Thanks again Matthew, and the team at Burnaby. Great vibe!
