β β β β β Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. One of my Vietnamese Co workers gives it an 8 it 10 and complimented them on their homemade sauces. The food is fresh, served quickly and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Came in for a late lunch while my car was getting repaired. Got a regular Pho Tai that was extremely filling.
The broth was mild but full of flavour, a healthy portion of meat, noodles were plentiful and perfect, and the service was top notch!

β β β β β Itβs a little pricey Iβm honestly not to into their pho but I LOVEE their bun bo hue ? I come here sometimes once a week xD and if Iβm really hungry Iβll get their A5 which has a bit of everything! Chicken Wings, Spring Roll & Salad Roll ?

β β β β β This place has been a mainstay in my neighborhood for years. They raised the price by quite a bit due to Covid, which is fine. What's not fine is discovering purple lipstick on your cup of water after you already drank 3/4 of the cup. I don't have high standards for service or cleanliness. I couldn't care less. I only take the time to give negative reviews when the restaurant deserves an Olympic gold medal for poor cleanliness or service. Is it THAT hard to wash a cup properly?
Do yourself a favour. Do not eat here. It is hazardous to your health. Go to McDonald's instead... or anywhere else for that matter. Of the late night options in Burnaby, this one just got taken off the list.
Just in case they try to respond and make something up, I came here on Saturday, Feb 19 at 9:30 PM. There were 4 staff that I saw. No one else was in the restaurant. I had absolutely no other interactions other than coming in, showing my vaccine card/ID, them bringing me my water and my noodles, and me paying. I was not rude to the staff. I paid the full amount and 12% tips.

β β β β β I ordered the S5. Boi's Spicy Noodle Soup - Bun Bo Hue through DoorDash. So it really was bad packaged. I didnt get the whole refund. So someome from restaurant and dasher werent profisional and qualified to not solve the issues.

Cons: mediocre food and non-existent service
Ordered the Bun Bo Hue and a spring roll, asked for vermicelli noodles but the staff forgot to make note of it. When it came, I asked the staff if the noodles had been changed as I did mot like the thick white noodles. The staff then stared at me asked incredulously if I informed him of the request. I told him I did and my friends also corroborated that I did put the request. The order was then changed.
Food was meh, noodles were dry and the lower quality vermicelli type. Broth was salty and oily.
Ordering took 30mins before a staff came to get our orders. Food took about 20mins to come. And another 10 for the correct order to get done.
This will probably be my last time here.

β β β β β The broth here I believe is chicken based, and has it's own spiced flavor uncommon to other restaurants. Fresh basil, however meat was a bit tough to chew through. Otherwise a tasty bowl of soup.
