β β β β β Buying our first place was such a stressful time (fun...but stressful!) Part of this process included finding a notary to help us with all the necessary paperwork. I contacted many many notaries - some were WAY too expensive, and others just seemed to hesitant to give me the information I needed to know... or they were very vague, which didn't give me too much confidence. Then I came upon Arafat. From our first conversation, I got a great vibe from him - friendly, honest, respectful and helpful. During the process of signing paperwork, Arafat was incredibly detailed and was happy to answer any of our questions. We left feeling confident and happy, like we knew what we signed, rather than feeling rushed and confused. I would highly recommend anyone deal with Arafat. He's personable, professional and funny. He is by far one of the best notaries I've worked with, detail oriented, efficient and extremely attentive to your priorities. We loved the flexibility offered after hours and location for signing. We had some trouble with one of our sale completions and he was supportive and action-oriented the entire way, allowing us to calmly navigate the situation with a clear objective.
