β β β β β Although Molly is new in the notary business, her rich experience from working so many years in the land title office counts! She is friendly, humble, hard-working and very detail-oriented. My deals with her have been very smooth and easy, and she totally earned my full respect when in a most recent case, she took the extra steps, time and effort, with wisdom and professionalism, to reach out to the strata management of the property my client had just bought, and earned back the money that the strata wrongly charged my client. Her pricing is already among the most acceptable and reasonable range if not only in the area, but the extra energy she puts in each case, is like a bonus for the clients. Molly provided us with a professional and excellent service. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and efficient.
From the initial meeting, everything went smoothly. She explained everything throughout the process thoroughly. I canβt say enough good things about my experience here. Their legal fees are more than reasonable. They have convenient hours of operation. This was the first time I saw notaries are open on Saturday. I was completely satisfied with my experience. β β β β β I have to say I'm very unhappy with the receptionist who answered the phone today, she said it's a must to get my Chinese documents translated by a certified translator and cannot be done by myself, then I told her I actually had my another Chinese documentation certified by other notary public without translation done by a certified translator as the notary public understand both languages. Then the receptionist said "You can go back to that notary public then". Excuse me??? The receptionist sounds very cold and hung off in a rush. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
