β β β β β I started the process with the notary well ahead of the closing date, about a full month in advance. I am pretty proactive so I had all the docs Wendy's office requested available. Their legal fees are ok as I did a bit of shopping around, definitely not as expensive as some. The service was friendly, not as proactive as I preferred but all did go smoothly.

Hire professional people to handle your business! They have no professional ethics and will not hesitate to hand you a big bill! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!

β β β β β Literally the most unprofessional and unresponsive notary I've ever encountered. Verbally confirmed being my notary and backed out 10 days before contracts signing, claiming she never confirmed and it's too rushed. Rarely picks up the phone and never replies to my emails despite all my timely updates. Should not be in business.

β β β β β Do not go to this Notary Public. They were unhelpful, unprofessional and didn't do the job properly.
Went to Wendy for a refinance of our house and putting new people onto the title. They did the paperwork incorrectly and asked for us to be paid out the full mortgage amount instead of the agreed 250K (the full amount is 3X that). They also refused to communicate with our mortgage advisor despite the mortgage advisor being the most professional and knowledgeable person involved.

β β β β β I have bought a home recently, and told my realtor to use wendy's office to finish it. They only started to work on it till 2 weeks before closing and after a few words over the phone for some details of the contract. Wendy said she could not do that, ask me to go to find someone else.
Not professional and no timely support at all. Do not recommend anyone go back again.
