β β β β β I dealt with Champlain for a land transfer. They caught an error and corrected it. The price was quite reasonable. What I liked beast was the time was taken to run through the documents and explain each section rather than the usual sign here and here and.....Champlain is also an efficient operation and has a very good process for real estate transfers.
