★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is of the post office. It Was always very busy because it's too small for the area. Customer service was awesome when the Chinese guy with a bad foot worked there. I'm assuming he retired or was let go.
Ever since the Korean couple took over they've become very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Packages frequently are misplaced especially Amazon ones. This mall itself has management issues..
As far as the store in general goes, it's terribly pitiful. Very few items. It honestly doesn't deserve to have the shopper's branding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to add points to my card. Was told by a cashier last week I could do so within 6 days. I lined up. Was told rudely by this Asian lady (with short black hair, but she looked older) that the register I lined up was closed. She didnt if the other one was open or not. She turned away from me and I asked her if she could help me. I pulled a bag where the receipt was and right away, she told me in a loud and cold voice that they dont do exchanges and returns. And she looked mad and turned away. I told her that Im just getting my receipt for points upgrade and not to jump to conclusions. Told her too to learn some manners. I told other Asian lady who came after to tell her Chinese coworker to learn some manners, not to jump to conclusion and learn some people skills. It embarrasses me to see fellow Asian behave like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely unpleasant experience with the pharmacy team, especially the older asian lady at the front. Even after me apologizing for transferring a prescription to the Independent pharmacy (this is standard procedure, to transfer prescriptions to a different pharmacy; I shouldn't even be apologizing), the lady yelled at me for "messing everything up" and making their pharmacy "chaotic".
Would highly recommend filling your prescription with the pharmacy next door at independent if you want to save money and not deal with poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had flu shot this afternoon. The young pharmacist lady didn’t say anything about the after care and there was no brochure given to us. She didn’t even mention we should stay a bit in case of allergic reaction. I would not trust her for my medication. Who knows what else she will forget.
The other two ladies work there were great!
