S	Stephanie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, the manager Bariam needs to be talked to by the owner he is so unprofessional. He refused me service today for my Flu shot! FOR A FLU SHOT! He was extremely rude and the other girl there started reading out my private information too after I wrote it down. I suggest everyone to not go there! Very unprofessional place and the pharmacy needs to be investigated. I am forwarding this off to hopefully get it investigated

Hailey is a walking cosmetic encyclopedia. She’s also so friendly and personable. Adelaide went out of her way to show us how to increase our Shoppers optimum points, and in the end we saved a lot of money. Both interactions made for a memorable experience. Thank you!

I saw an old lady asking her about the prescription, and she responded in a very impatient and angry way. A young man asked her about an electronic product and she just said “go away I just answered your questions”. How come the store be good with such unprofessional employees? If you are the owner seeing this, do something and good luck
K	Kerry Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big clean store with friendly staff!! Also has a post office! Staff at the pharmacy were very professional and knowledgeable. Wish they put in a beauty boutique, but they have a few great brands :)

A couple of weeks ago I went to pay for a product with an IN-STORE coupon. I tried to use the self service machine to make my purchase however, it was rejected mid-way, so Adeleine told me to come to the counter. I asked, "How do i erase my current transaction?" She mumbled something like "Don't worry about it". As the transaction proceeded, she got nastier. So she started to re-scan my products, and slowly stopped to read my coupon. As she was reading it, I barely said "the coupon was on the box". She said, "Stop talking, I"m reading the coupon". I felt like i was given the stop hand gesture. I was shocked and taken back by her rudeness. She thought I was being rude for "interrupting" her. Yet I thought, "i'm not lying about the coupon, nor am I distracting you, nor am I about to commit fraud. Your store provided this coupon. Why is your tone like you are framing like i'm a culprit?" The transaction went thru. I vowed never to return to this store even though it is in the neighbourhood. Apparently it happens often as noted in the other reviews. Management doesn't seem to change the situation either. Yet the other customer service gal who greets you in Beauty is super nice and helpful. Crazy contrast. I'm back here trying to google to find another store or chain. Otherwise I would have not added this review.
M	Morgan L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shoppers Drug Mart is horrible when it comes to customer service and coupons. I understand they are franchised and independently owned but they need to follow the same protocols. I've been to this location several times and I have seen employees just standing around and talking to each other without offering assistance to customers. Just like the other reviews. They are very short tempered and have little patience. Today my experience was with cashier Adelaide. She was rude when I showed her I had coupons. She stated "What are those?!?" In a rude manner. Then proceeded to tell me I could only use one of them. I asked if I could split up my transaction into two transactions as I have been able to do this previously in the store and she started raising her voice "NOOO YOU CANT DO THAT". So I just left the store only using one of my coupons. I've been debating on writing this review for a while with all my other mediocre experiences. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because the other cashier who states it's a limit of 4 coupons per transaction offered that to me in the past.
E	Ember N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Clean and well stocked. Down side is that not a lot of goods compared to the other shoppers. But that's about it. Not a lot of people. Staff is nice but not over worked since there's not a lot of people. There's the usual self check out and tellers. Pharmacy and postal service is there. Parking is underground, entrance to this is behind the whole block of Shoppers building. Be aware that there is not a whole lot of parking and it is shared with other establishments in the building. Parking is free now but once the sports complex is up people will be flocking in and it will be paid parking.
