β β β β β Making a big decision throughout this hard time wasnβt easy, specially without undying supports from an experienced and knowledgeable mortgage specialist like Justin Sunner. He is super good guy to talk and share your situation and will find out the best path you could achieve your real estate goal. What I was impressive most was I had talked to a number of mortgage specialists but their attitude was like βwe do have a upper limit so I cannot do about it if your salary is lower or budget or credit is not enoughβ and very inactive and passive that made me feeling uncomfortable and almost give up on my dream of real estate. However I still do remember that what he said most to me was βyou know what, I will find a way and get back to youβ. He is the guy who tries best to figure out what is best working for you and able to provide you a best offer. Long story short, I accomplished my dream here in Vancouver area through the hardest time. I am sure it was not possible without Justinβs professional assistance and wisdom from diverse experience. I would want to give him 10 out 5 stars here, unfortunately Google does not allow me tho.
