C	Cindy Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s clean and well managed grocery store. It’s our go to place when we don’t feel like driving to Costco or superstore. The downside is sometimes product run out of stock for longtime without being restocked.
A	Andres Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to make things clear! My review is based on my second visit to this store, I have been there four times, and still have the same opinion!! I understand is not for everyone. Every head is a world! Shiny floors!!!! I am so happy about this Save-on Foods, and not only because is a few blocks from where I live, but because they have a huge selections of everything, specially organics ingredientes. I Usually buy my veggies at Whole Foods or Spuds (which I am very disappointed) that’s another story. Here at this Save-On all the fruits and Vegetables look so fresh, first quality!! I really hope they keep it that way and not only because is a new store. All the employees that work there are very polite, with a smile on their face or asking if you are looking for something. Also I Have to say, fresh and yummy selection of fish, seafood and meat uff I really wanted to buy each of everything on the counter. I just really hope they will have fresh squeezed Orange Juice. That’s the only thing that I missed. Thank you Save-On Foods for a great experience ?
D	Diana L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is very nice. Spacious and neat shelves. Shelves are always stocked. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also no shortage of staff! Good variety in grocers. Lots of parking. Awesome deli and hot food section. This location is perfect for those living in the river district as it is a bit out of the way unless going down marine. I would recommend this Save-on.
D	Dalvinder K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store to shop at, never a lineup and always clean. I was surprised however when I presented a flyer from Superstore (on my phone) for a price match. I was told by the cashier that 1) they only match flyer sale prices and not online 2) superstore is outside their geographical location price match (its 5.4kms away...). I asked for a manager and the night time Assistant Manager explained the same thing and stated its at the discretion of the Store Manager at each location and these were the orders he had provided. Both the cashier and the Assistant Manager were polite and I understand they are only doing what they are directed to do so I didn't push the issue. I do intend to speak to the Store Manager at some point and get clarification because this policy makes no sense.

The staff are friendly and will always help you navigate through the aisles to find what you need and the store is always well stocked.

Store is always clean, well stalked, and organized. Store is wheelchair accessible (elevator to parkade) and has wheelchair accessible washrooms.
B	Brayden Martindale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to frequent this store fairly often( every 2 or 3 days) but will be taking my business elsewhere after an encounter with the Assistant Store Manager today. I came for my usual grocery run and brought my items down to the car where the manager chased up to me and accused me of stealing his hand basket. I assured him I’m using it to bring to my car, as always whenever I come to this store and will take it back inside when I’ve finished using it, he overspoke me and told me I was stealing and I let him know I won’t be coming back anymore, this was my preferred store and I’d drive a little extra just to come to this location but not anymore. If this man is a leader and this is his customer service skills it’s not surprisingly that I’ve had issues with other staff in this store in the past… not coming here again.

Everytime you ask me to confirm how many bags I've used, as if I were stealing, I go back and double bag everything and say zero bags. I'm happy to pay the $0.05 charge when I've forgotten my reusable bags, but trust me when I enter that number.
