★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the manager. He should be fired for his rude behaviour. He yelled at a woman in front of the whole store that she would not be served unless she wore a mask. He did not ask if she had an exemption. He also told her it had to be a “real mask” when she pulled a thick scarf over her face. No one had the right to assault another person verbally like that. Not sure of his name but he looks to be middle aged and wears glasses. Is this what you want your store to be known for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude cashier. Masked slipped of my nose and was told to pull it up or go somewhere else. As much as I hate these masks still wear them. Asked the cashier what there policy was for people who are exempt from wearing mask was told they can go elsewhere. Asked if this was her policy or store policy and was ignored Staff certainly need to be trained in store policy and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Harassed in store. Manager does not accept exemptions even though I have a note from my doctor….told me flat out to my face he does not care about my exemption…which is for the safety of myself and health….very arrogant, very aggressive. I will pay my daughter to get what I need from the city at Costco. I will be letting everyone I know and posting online about my experience so everyone I know, knows not to shop here as the owner does not care about them, simply wants our money though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place! I have been consistent with them for almost 17 years! Always eager to help and medications are readily available at request. When I have questions, the pharmacy staff makes sure that I am getting the help I need. Really appreciate the time thee employees put forth to make sure everyone is served as quick as possible. Thanks for all that you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude cashier. Was declined service for not wearing a mask. Apparently there's a store policy, which the cashier was unable to provide me with. The store itself is great and has wonderful hours. Unfortunately the costumer service here is a deal breaker for me.

One of very few local businesses that take the health mandates seriously, having zero tolerance for breaking them. Most if not all of the recent negative views have been from arrogant, narcissistic anti-masker/vaxxer snowflakes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset with this store, my wife is pregnant and she had to wear a mask in order to get what she needed, I have a medical condition so I can't wear one, and I was kicked out! Like do I need to pass out in the store in order for them to realize I actually have a medical condition?
Also Cashier was very rude, didn't let me finish my sentence, interrupted constantly, and raised her voice, very disrespectful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had same rude cashier that's always on a power trip. I follow rules and wore mask and she put all my stuff trough and charged me then refused to bag my things unless I pull up my mask further. POWER TRIP And this time same woman at check out tells me further back lol seriously? Never more than one check out open so I finally went to cosmetics to pay. I won't go back. And the fact that so many people already mention this rude woman and she's still at cashier tells me poorly managed. How many customers have to complain before she's demoted to dusting?
