★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I only shop here once a month or less. The staff are friendly and approachable. When a friend and I could not find what we were looking for, we asked an employee who promptly pointed us in the right direction.
The aisles were clear of debris and shelves well faced.
I also liked the fact that they're no longer handing out masks at the front door as you walk in. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very clean, staff is quick and efficient. The last 3 times I've been here the cashiers have made me smile with their love to chat while you bag your groceries. Small things like that make such a big difference now when we are all a little lonelier than usual. The carts are available in the entrance now that it is cold and snowy, which is handy for drying them when having to put kids into the seats for shopping. Thank you Superstore employees, you're doing a wonderful job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need some variety in your diet, this is a good place to shop. Some different ethnic foods available as well as a huge variety of fruits and vegetables. I was able to buy Indian curries, Mexican ingredients and some Jamaican foods. Lots of other foods available. Choosing the pickup option often results in an unsatisfactory experience with many items being unavailable and fruits and vegetables often being rotten. I suggest going inside to pick fresh foods for better results. Edit: lately we have done the click and collect. We do this when there are bonus points or we need something quickly. I can not stress enough that you should go in to get your produce. The stuff from click and collect is rotten most of the time. Also items which are said to not available are usually available if you go check. I think it's just a way for workers to save time.
