T	Trudy Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 30, 2022 Went to McD's drivethru with my little sister and asked for a junior chicken, med fries, med double double, and a strawberry banana smoothie. So I pay and go to pick up window and she hands me a frappe which I explain nicely that I had ordered a smoothie. She goes and gets the girl who was talking on the headset and the girl shoves my smoothie into my hand and says next time you cant change your mind at the window then slams the window in my face,( now remember I had my 11 year old little sister in the passenger seat who heard me say a strawberry banana smoothie) I have no idea what her name was but she had acne that's about all I could describe her by. Point being incredibly rude customer service! Will not be recommending to anyone in the future as a place to grab something to eat or drink. Nobody wants to deal with a Karen at the window! Personally I think she needs to be fired!

So another 10 minutes to get what they did have. They park you into spot 1-7 to wait for fast food. Never happens in Winnipeg. Time to improve or shut down.
m	michaela hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/10 times my order is wrong. If I order a Mcdouble, I'll get a regular cheeseburger. Same thing for anything else, there is ALMOST ALWAYS something wrong. I've had to go back almost every time to have my order corrected. Sometimes they're nice, but the last few times have been absolutely terrible. First of all, I (anyone else) wouldn't be back if they paid attention to the orders and sent out the correct one. Today, this blonde girl told me "that she was told that I've been back numerous times in the past". Maybe its because my order is ALWAYS WRONG! Her tone was absolutely despicable. So she demands the receipt, which the Mcdonalds there conveniently never gives out anymore...So I just showed her the Mcdouble wrapping the burger came with (only proof I had) and the regular cheeseburger inside. I can't sum up how terrible that service was. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Eventually she demands (literally her tone) I come inside to speak to the manager, instead of dealing with it all at the window. Which I did and was able to get my money's worth. Reading through these I see I'm not the only one always getting the wrong order. Thats not the worst part, the worst part is they make us feel like we're doing something wrong for getting our money's worth, when they're the ones screwing up. The customer service there is pathetic AT BEST! Something needs to change. We as a community work hard for the dollars that we choose spend there. We deserve to get treated with respect. We deserve to see what we paid for.
D	Dream League on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting on a Big Mac meal, out of no were this kid named Kirill scratched his bottom with his hands before giving the food to me. Absolutely recommend not going when he works here. I’ve heard it’s not the first time he’s served harmful food with his bacteria
B	Bill Gade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this isn't a McDonalds you'd go out of you way to visit. Yes, those are grease trails leaving the door showing very clearly where people walk. The lack of attention to the cleanliness outside extends into the restaurant. The fish shown is as it was received - with very little attempt to properly stack the ingredients. Trying to put it together properly means tearing the bun. On recent visits I used the curbside option. Two mornings in a row the wait time for a single cup of coffee was over eight minutes. My family tells me that on several occasions when waiting inside the staff are told to ignore the front counter because the drive thru is more important. In one case two people were in line and it was a 30 minute wait to place an order because staff ignored them. Other reviews say that things are often forgotten in the orders. That hasn't been my experience but when taking photos of the grease staff did ask me what they had forgotten in my order. However, I was STILL waiting for the order so I couldn't yet answer the question. If you need McDonalds the food here will taste like you expect. But may not want to look too close at how or where it is made...

First time this ever happened to me. And I had 3 of my kids with me. Really disappointing today.

Ordered a crispy bacon wrap and was very satisfied with the quality given to my food. The chicken was hot, fresh that even made my mouth-water. Very fast service and the staff are friendly. Would definitely return again.
