R	Randy & Katherine klassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm sorry to say that today I was quite disappointed in the lack of kindness shown to the patrons at the salon by the female worker... there were a few times that i had a question in regards to the differences between gel and shelack and i could not undertand what she was saying, so i asked her to repeat it, she looked at me very accusingly - i didn't once see her smile at anyone in the salon. There was a definite lack of professionalism and "bedside manner" - I found her to be very rude and she did not seem to care how she treated her clients. During my time there a customer came in to have a waxing done - after taking her to the back the customer came out after just a few moments in tears, grabbed her jacket and left - I am not surprised that she left, i could hear the worker yelling at her to close her eyes. A little kindness and gentle words go a long way, unfortunately that was not the case at this business. Going to a spa should not be a place that feels like the customer is an inconvenience, it is supposed to be a place where the client is getting pampered and cared for. I'm sorry to say that was not my experience and I don't think i will ever go back.
C	Char's Bucket of Books on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had a poor experience, they use a blade to remove calluses and they took a large chunk out of my foot. They stuggled to communicate clearly as to how I should proceed, put some blue liquid on ot to stop the bleedong and a bandage and still gave me a bill...I just paid and left...it happened so fast I think we were all a little in shock! I cleaned it well at home and changed bandages often and it did clear up eventually

Looked around establishment to see if they had any signs saying "cash only". I couldn't see any, only two price lists and one that said they reserved the right to refuse service to anyone. I questioned staff, they said no credit cards. I said that he did not mention it when I called. I took my mother-in-law and left. My husband went back to double check for signage. Turns out the sign is on the counter (I couldn't see it when I was sitting on the couch and there were the aforementioned other patrons standing in front of it) and would only see it when you are paying. Other patrons seemed happy, but I left on principle of not being told ahead of time and no immediate signage and I guess I watch too many movies because cash only makes me wonder what else are they up to.

The spa was very similar to mani/pedi salons i frequented when living in Texas! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great pedicure, Callous work, massage and paint! And the price was awesome!!!

H	Helena Votintseva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got nail fungus at the salon,, I get my toes done often, and have got them done at various places before,because of covid i only did them in winkler and got nail fungus from them, I like the salons in winnipeg because they use a plastic liner in their tubs, winkler doesn't and you can't tell if their tools are cleaned or not and how often they clean their foot tubs and with what products.
l	lindsey toews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welll, could have been better, but sure could have been worse. Took a long time to get both a manicure and pedicure. Communication could be worked on a little. Don’t know if i’d come back but honestly could have been worse.
s	sam murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes they are cheaper but in no way better then the other salons in winkler and morden. In my opinion it is not worth saving the $10-$20 here. Staff has some major self improvement to do as they can be rude and uncommunicative. One acrylic set I got the nail polish chipped the day after I got them. They repainted the clipped ones for free but yet again 3 days after they were chipping. That set was also kinda bubble looking. Also with that set they over charged me for 4 simple plaid nails. Another set I got they forgot to inform me that the foil I wanted was A LOT extra before applying it to my nail. They don’t offer acrylic removal which doesn’t make sense to me if they offer acrylics. Plus the cash only thing is sketchy to me.
