The doctors always take their time with me to make sure any health issue is addressed properly. I'm very happy with them and I fully recommend them to anyone looking for a family doctor.

His receptionist is also very helpful and supportive, always friendly even now in a time where medical staff faces such pressure. Thanks for the great work!

J	Julian Beim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 2 weeks for a consultation over the phone. The doctor never called, and I was later contacted by the receptionist asking me if the doctor called. After explaining that I never received a call, she asked me if I would be available to receive a call from the doctor at any point that day. I said that I was unable to because of camping plans and the receptionist said I would be charged a cancellation fee the next time this happened. I found this aggravating considering that it was the doctor who did not call me at the scheduled time, and then the blame was turned on me for not being available the entire day to receive their call.

But he always listened to my notes( as a mom of 3 , I have a million question ) He very understanding, patience and easy to talk to . The staff is super friendly, very polite and nice . They would work hard to get you the best care. It was agreat experience with river district. Now I have moved to a different city, I wish to find a good clinic like them.
S	Shelby Baumgartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Dr. Chetty no longer works here. Can not say anything about the clinic or the new doctors. Worst experience of my life. I was excited to have a local clinic open up, reception was fine with no problems there, but after my issues with Dr. Natasha Chetty, I feel compelled to warn others. I went a total of three times. First was a complete physical and pap, no follow up after that. Second time was to confirm a pregnancy and get further recommendations and care to which she bombarded me with completely unprofessional questions of whether I wanted "it", my socioeconomic status as such if I was renting, how much I made, where I worked, if I was married. I was so appalled after that, but I went back for a third time for further results from blood-work, and never again after that. I would not recommend this doctor at this clinic.

Physician Dr. Pannu is awesome and truly cares about my health conditions. He always takes his time and listens carefully to my health concerns, and also doing his best to help.
