DO NOT TAKE THEIR PHONE CONSULTATION. They will tell you nothing on phone. You will end up wasting your money and time with this medical clinic. They are super rude, they just take phone call appointments and will not treat you as human. I was surprised with phone call appointment as they didn't solve my issue and charged with hefty amount. Save your money don't give them any business. Goto any other medical clinic if you love your health. Stay away from station square clinic.

Made an appointment, but they still kept us waiting for an hour (45mins in waiting room and another 15 mins in office) despite us showing up 15 mins early. The clinic smelled bad as soon as you walked in, the asian receptionist was rude, but the latin looking girl was trying to be nice. They kept seeing people before us who just walked in and/or had an appt at the same time as us. Terrible experience. Very unorganized. Maybe if we were Asian they would have seen us sooner, at least thats the impression I was getting.

Dr. Gabriel Hung made me cry during my son's telephone appointment. He didn't hear my son's symptoms and he was very rude to me. We are patients of another doctor on the same clinic, but he is on vacation at this time and we took an appointment with Dr Hung because of my son needs a lab test request correction. Dr Hung doesn't want to listen me, he was rude and even dared to speak bad about the other doctor to explain that I was wrong. It was horrible, he treated me very badly

I have terrible experience with this clinic. To start with it is hard to reach the clinic. If you want to come in person the doors are closed and you will need to sneak when sb is going out to talk with reception. Most of the doctors call not in time either too early or too late. We are strongly dissapointed with the last situation when my boyfriend broke his arm and he needed to get a requisition to the specialist. The Doctor called him, but did not check or get the documentation from reception so that he did not know anything about the fracture. He promised that he will call my boyfriend back asap. He did not do that (probably his shift ended after a call) and it was already late afternoon so I decided to go in person to inform the reception. The reception assistant gave me number to 24h clinic where they told me they do not have any spots. It ended with a visit in hospital on the next day, where he has been still waiting since 6 hours. My boyfriend was left without any help. On the next day the doctor didn't even call back. This is how your doctors treat patients.

Since I don't have a family doctor, I got an appointment with a doctor online. (I don't remember the exact name but start with "J" letter and was a guy) He was going to send me a letter for counseling sessions in other clinic and I was told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks. I have been waiting for "24 WEEKS" now and nothing. I called the frontdesk when is my counceling would to be but there was no answer. I got an another appointment to just ask the doctor when my appointment is, but he didn't know the answer either. Now I don't even know if he really sent a letter or not. There is no point talking to him. Edit; I went to this clinic when I burned my legs really bad one day. The receptionist made me wait for 1 hour and a half to see the doctor and while I was waiting, my legs hurt so I was standing near the doors for all the time. Two receptionists were deliberately making fun of me suffering. I couldn't believe it.

Worst clinic ever. Don't even waste your time calling or going in here. You will be surprised how incompetent the Dr. is. DR. GABRIEL HUNG rejected to help me because apparently, β€œHe doesn't know me". I kept telling him I don't have a family doctor that is why I need to consult with him regarding my antibodies. He asked me to go to LifeLabs but didn't even get the time to send a requisition, he made me book an appointment for nothing. I was so upset. So I went to a different clinic and I had no problem at all, the Dr. understood my issue and helped me right away.

Worst ever experience. Dr. David Sung never called for my telephone appointment. I kept my phone free and after waiting for 35 minutes when I called, the girl at reception said he called and I didn't pick up which is a lie. I was only waiting for his call, no indication of missed call or voice message on phone log. She asked me to wait and he will call, another 20 minutes passes, I called again, she puts me on hold and forgets, after holding for 11minutes, I redialed again, she picks up and Dr. Sung is running behind schedule, asked me wait again, another 50 minutes passed and no call, I called again and another girl picks to let me know Dr. Sung has left for the day. This is worst ever clinic I have experienced in Canada! They are arrogant and greedy for money. It is first clinic where the general physician doctor say to patients that you cannot discuss more than one issue at same time. Which is so weird as sometimes patients feel sharing couple of issues as they feel might be inter related.

Dr Chekera was rude as hell, twice I made appointments and he was over 2 hours late. Constantly interrupting me and rushing me off the phone in under 3 minutes without letting me ask all my questions. My last doctor gave me 12 months prescriptions, and he’s only comfortable giving 6, which is fine for him. But when I tried asking if other doctors at his clinic would do more he said β€œnot his problem tracking what the others do” - you represent your clinic, you should know what other options you can offer your clients. Will be searching for another doctor
