★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were new to this clinic because someone had suggested that my mother go to this place and had set up an eye exam appointment for her. A few days later they had called and she had picked up the phone. English wasn't her first language so I had answered. The receptionist was rude and said "what do you want?" I did not like her attitude, tone, and how she was treating us. She is giving the clinic a bad reputation if she treats all new patients like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Princeton Lim is the most empathetic Doctor that we've ever met in BC. We are so lucky to have him as our family doctor. A professional doctor with a kind heart. Very genuine! He really takes time to listen and make you understand your situation. He definitely looks after his patients' best interest.
