β β β β β Worst service ever by Kristal. I feel like she doesn't care about her job. She doesn't explain anything about their service and envelop size etc. I was uncomfortable to ask her questions because of her facial expression. It's my first time to write a bad review. It ruined my day.

β β β β β I would be very careful with this particular location. I sent my package (attendant saw the inside of the package - sentimental value). The package haven't reached the destination after 3 months and no one at the office is able to tell me where is it now, nor prove the package ever left the location. My only conclusion is, that package left the location in that attendant's bag. Ridiculous

β β β β β After a few months of remodeling of the store, the previous parcel pickup point is now a full-fledged post office. Since not many has realized the update, it's not too busy a location. The staff is cheerful and informative for a package sent quickly.

β β β β β Canada post employee called my buzzer, my wife buzzed him in. He asked if she can come down and she politely asked him not to wait for her but to leave the parcel at the lobby instead. He said: βIβll leave you a card instead!β and hanged up. Incredible customer service. ???
Now I have to drive to this location next day to pick it up. Why do organizations like these even exist? ?

β β β β β Worst costumer service I have ever received by Krystal at the Canada Post desk. She refused to look for my package (that was there) and lied to me making me wait 30 minutes until i found another member of her team to hand me my package.

β β β β β I paid $30. to send documents in a big brown envelope per Express with tracking to a USA destination & it took 3 weeks & no tracking updates!
The next big brown envelope with documents sent per regular mail for $3. took only one week to reach USA destination!
My lesson learned is don't waste your time or money with Express Post when regular mail is 3Γ faster & 10Γ cheaper!!!
